The Specialty Chemical Business, in addition to contact-based production, is expanding into specialty chemicals including Grignard reaction products, thiochemical products, and information technology related materials.
The Polysulfid Polymers and Specialty Polymers Business aim to enter new markets by using polymerization technologies for Polysulfid Polymer and Specialty Polymers as well as analyzing and evaluation technologies.
The High Performance Materials Business produces proprietary materials such as electret nonwoven fabrics of ultra fine fibers, cellulose sponges and fluorocarbon fibers, and also develops processed products.
